Food Safety

Does your kitchen staff comply with the 2005 FDA Food Code? We teach ServSafe® food safety programs. Our food safety specialists and educators are enrolled in the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation’s Instructor Registry, which qualifies us to teach the SafeStaff® Foodhandler Certificate Program.
SafeStaff® Foodhandler Certificate Program:
- Two hour program designed to educate foodhandlers on providing safe food
- Sessions are available in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole languages
- Instructors use visual aids and activities to enhance the learning experience
- Each participant is provided with take home training materials and a certificate of completion

- For Florida resturants all food service employees must be trained in food safety as per Florida Statute 509.039 and the Florida Administrative Code 61C-4.023(6), MyRDtoGo® provides training that satisfies these requirements
Program Charges
$300.00 per session for up to 20 participants with an addtional $20.00 per person for ServSafe® books
$500.00 for 21 to 75 participants with an addtional $20.00 per person for ServSafe® books
