We provide services specifically designed to meet the regulatory requirements for Florida Assisted Living Facilities.
Continuing Education
Classes are available in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole languages Sessions are given using visual aids and activities to enhance the learning experience Each participant is provided with take home learning materials Our two hour training on topics pertinent to nutrition and food service in an ALF meets the annual requirement for the administrator or person designated for the facility’s day-to-day supervision of food service staff If provided within 30 days of hire, this training also meets the in-service training requirement for newly hired staff who prepare or serve food. Per Florida law qualified trainers are Licensed Dietitians, Registered Dietary Technicians, Certified Dietary Managers and Health Care Department Sanitarians
Pricing for two hour training
$300.00 per session for up to 20 participants and an additional $5.00 per person for materials.

$50.00 for each one-week cycle regular diet menu

$25.00 for each one-week cycle regular diet menu if originally a MyRDtoGo®
$20.00 for each modified or therapeutic diet extension if originally a MyRDtoGo® menu
$35.00 for each one-week cycle regular diet menu if not originally a MyRDtoGo® menu
$35.00 for each modified or therapeutic diet extension if not originally a MyRDtoGo® menu
Pricing for menu customizing services
$50.00 for each modified or therapeutic diet extension for each one-week menu cycle
$60.00 per hour for other menu customization work (with a minimum of a one hour charge)
