Abbe M. Breiter M.S.,R.D.,L.D/N. teaches various subjects for MyRDtoGo® including food safety, to both managers and foodhandlers, as well as staff education for assisted living facilities. She also consults to skilled nursing facilities. Abbe is a registered and licensed dietitian in the state of Florida. She received a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Ithaca College in 1991 and a M.S. in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University in 1996. Abbe’s areas of expertise include wellness, weight loss and bariatric nutrition as well as clinical management, food service systems and long-term care operations. Abbe is past president of the Broward County Dietetic Association and in 1999 earned the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year award.

Randy Raymond is a Certified Dietary Manager with 23 years of experience in New Jersey and Florida. Randy teaches food safety to foodhandlers in both English and Haitian Creole languages. His experience as a director in foodservice operations such as skilled nursing, assisted and independent living facilities, as well as his experience in hotel and catering foodservice, gives him a clear understanding of the challenges foodhandlers face in all types of operations.

Jose Cadenas R.D.,L.D/N. holds a B.S. in Psychology and a B.S. in Dietetics and Nutrition. He is a registered and licensed dietitian in the state of Florida. Jose consults to skilled nursing facilities and teaches both manager and foodhandler level food safety courses in English and Spanish languages for MyRDtoGo®. His love of traveling the world and his familiarity with various cultures gives him a enhanced appreciation when educating a multiethnic workforce.
